McEniff Hotels Replaces its Current Property Management System with SoftBrands' PORTfolio

SoftBrands, Inc., a global supplier of enterprise application software, has added three new hotels to its growing U.K. customer base.

McEniff Hotels, which manages three locations throughout Ireland, has chosen SoftBrands as its provider for property management systems. 

The multiproperty McEniff Hotels, located in Sligo Southern, Great Northern and Dublin Skylon, has chosen to replace its current property management systems (PMS) with PORTfolio to help improve operational control.  In turn, this will provide better service to their customers by easily tracking reservations, client history, room availability, rate levels and daily communications.

Kevin McGlynn, general manager at Sligo Southern Hotel is leading the project. Regarding the decision to use SoftBrands PORTfolio he said, “The McEniff Hotels pride themselves on the service they provide to their customers and SoftBrands understands the importance of this.  Their outstanding customer service along with the easy to use property management system will help retain our high level of customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.”
