Hilton Hotels & Resorts hits a high note again in its 23rd year as the official hotel of the GRAMMY® Awards.

During Music's Biggest Night®, GRAMMY presenters and performers will receive instant Hilton HHonors Diamond elite status, 50,000 HHonors bonus points and deluxe products from eforea: spa at Hilton, the brand's new innovative global spa concept. The iconic hotel brand offered guests and Hilton Hotels & Resorts team members around the world opportunities to win once-in-a-lifetime GRAMMY experiences while supporting several charitable causes.

"Hilton is very proud of its long-standing partnership with The Recording Academy® and the significant role we've been able to play in celebrating one of the most exciting global entertainment events of the year," said Dave Horton, global head, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. "We continue to recognize music's impact on the world and we are excited not only to help raise money for fantastic causes, but also to offer our most loyal guests and Hilton Team Members a chance to experience Music's Biggest Night first-hand."

Hilton Hotels & Resorts gave away a variety of extraordinary prize-packages. By bidding over 1 million HHonors points online using their HHonors points as currency, the two highest-winning bidders each received a Hilton GRAMMY package. HHonors points from the winning bids will be converted into a cash donation to benefit the GRAMMY Foundation® a non-profit organization that focuses on educational and public programs to celebrate the power of music. In addition to round-trip airfare and accommodations at The Beverly Hilton, GRAMMY prize packages grant each winner exclusive access to the hottest GRAMMY Week events, including tickets to the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards and entry to the official GRAMMY Celebration® After Party and 2011 MusiCares® Person of the Year Tribute Gala, honoring Barbra Streisand.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts is also providing travel packages to some of our finest destinations around the world for the MusiCares Person of the Year Tribute silent and live auctions; proceeds from the auction items will be utilized by the organization to provide a safety net for musicians in times of need. In Europe, Hilton in the Community Foundation, a charitable trust supporting young people worldwide, raised £17,000 (approximately $27,200 U.S.) by auctioning a Hilton trip to this year's GRAMMY Awards.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts also urged its team members around the world to celebrate the powerful influence of music. The 2nd Annual Hilton Rock Star Team Member contest encouraged employees to submit photos, video and stories depicting the impact of music on their lives. Four Hilton Hotels & Resorts team members were recently selected from around the world to receive VIP treatment, including roundtrip airfare for two to Los Angeles and tickets to the GRAMMY Awards and official GRAMMY Celebration After Party.

The brand is featuring limited edition GRAMMY key cards at The Beverly Hilton, Hilton Checkers Los Angeles and Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City to show their support of the biggest brand in music. As The Recording Academy prepares to honor the best musical talent of the year, 23 Hilton hotels in Asia and additional Hilton properties in major markets within the United States will provide guests with limited edition GRAMMY viewer guides and copies of the 2011 GRAMMY Nominees CDs.

The 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on GRAMMY Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and once again will be broadcast live in HD TV and 5.1 surround sound on the CBS Television Network from 8-11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
