Hilton Hotels & Resorts Honors Hilton Orlando and Hilton Phoenix Chandler with Annual Connie Award for Brand Awards Of Excellence in The Americas

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has announced its annual Brand Awards of Excellence winners in the Americas.

Each year, Hilton honors properties for outstanding performance in multiple categories across marketing, food and beverage, housekeeping and brand culture.

The coveted Connie Award, named in honor of brand founder Conrad Hilton, is based on excelling in four key areas, including quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness and property condition, customer scores rating staff service and guest loyalty.

The awards and their recipients in the Americas are as follows:

- Connie Award (Overall combined highest ranking hotel for loyalty, service, condition and cleanliness):

  • More than 500 rooms: Hilton Orlando (USA)
  • Less than 500 rooms: Hilton Phoenix Chandler (USA)

- Housekeeping Award of Excellence:

  • More than 500 rooms: Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (USA)
  • Less than 500 rooms: Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort (Mexico)

- Housekeeping Most Improved Award:

  • More than 500 rooms: Washington Hilton (USA)
  • Less than 500 rooms: Hilton University of Houston (USA)

- Food and Beverage Award of Excellence:

  • More than 500 rooms: Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza (USA)
  • Less than 500 rooms: Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort (Mexico)

- Food and Beverage Most Improved Award:

  • More than 500 rooms: Millenium Hilton (USA)
  • Less than 500 rooms: British Colonial Hilton Nassau (Bahamas)

- Sustainability Award (Extraordinary commitment to sustainable practices and use of LightStay, Hilton Worldwide's proprietary system calculating and analyzing environmental impact):

  • Hilton Portland (USA)

- Community Service Award (Extraordinary community support and team member involvement):

  • Hilton St. John (Canada)

- H360 Web Community Award (Outstanding utilization of Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand culture online community):
