Hotel ZaZa Databases Get a Facelift with ZDirect’s eCRM Solution for Improved Customer Relations

Hotel ZaZa announced it will begin using the ZDirect eCRM platform (electronic customer relationship management) at both the Dallas and Houston properties to ensure hotel staff is able to provide the most attentive service possible.

This platform will allow employees to go above and beyond each guest’s highest expectations.
