Datanamics Welcomes Terry Ayers as Architect – Cisco Contact Center

Terrence McGowan, president of Datanamics, Inc. announced the Las Vegas Valley based technology firm has welcomed Terry Ayers to the Datanamics family.

 As a Cisco Contact Center Architect, Ayers’ primary focus will be on Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions, including strategy, design and architecture of contact routing; self-service, computer telephony integration (CTI) applications; and reporting.

Ayers brings more than 15 years of information technology experience, including  10 years of computer programming experience and five years of Cisco Unified Communications experience, to Datanamics. He has a successful track record of designing, developing and driving applications to enhance the Unified Contact Center Enterprise platform, particularly in areas around agent-user interfaces, agent average handle time, intelligent contact management (ICM) administration and ICM scripting.

Prior to joining Datanamics, Ayers was the lead developer of an agent endpoint desktop computer telephony integration application for a global travel agency with call centers in several countries. The application provided agent telephony controls, web service integration and call flow data for more than 3,500 agents worldwide. The solution was developed with C# .NET and deployed using Microsoft ClickOnce technology. Previously, he held a programming position with a large state agency where he provided leadership and transition within the Microsoft .NET development platform. Ayers has also written Cisco Unified Contact Center applications for the biotechnology, banking, utility, retail and pharmaceutical industries.

Ayers is a Microsoft-certified professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. He has extensive technical expertise in Cisco products and services, including Communications Manager, Unity, Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Communications and Customer Collaboration, as well as Microsoft products and services, including Windows Server, SQL Server and Visual Studio.
