Cendyn Launches eFaceTime Video Sales Capability for eProposal

Cendyn announced the launch of eFaceTime, a video enhancement to Cendyn’s eProposal solution that lets property managers share excitement and details about their venue via video to close more business.

 Hotel salespeople and department heads can use eFaceTime to increase conversion rates by linking personalized videos of their properties, services, amenities, and staff to eProposal presentations. eProposal is the industry standard online sales response solution used by more than 7,000 hotels, restaurants and venues worldwide.  Cendyn is the leading single-source provider of turnkey online internet marketing solutions that increase profitability for hotel companies.

  • Build video libraries for quickly inserting appropriate links into sales proposals.

According to Deyo, Oregon’s Sunriver Resort’s sales team recently issued an eFaceTime proposal that had 22 views within two hours after it was received by the client. “Search engine optimization experts say video increases sales conversion rates,” she said. “It is a way to get faster and broader buy-in from all a prospect’s decision-makers. Our internal metrics indicate the more a proposal is viewed, the higher a percentage of definite conversions which is the primary goal for all travel executives.”
