da Vinci Villa Hotel Looks to Strengthen Guest Service with SoftBrands

SoftBrands, an affiliate of Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving over 70,000 customers, today announced that the da Vinci Villa Hotel in San Francisco, CA, will be deploying SoftBrands Epitome Property Management System (PMS).

After a planned renovation at the property, SoftBrands Epitome will help improve operational efficiency through enhanced management reporting, and increase sales by boosting the effectiveness of the hotel’s customer database.

The da Vinci Villa Hotel, a three-star, 135-roomed property in San Francisco, CA,  with a strong leisure based revenue stream, has selected to deploy SoftBrands Epitome PMS.

Following a comprehensive analysis of the marketplace, Epitome PMS was chosen on the basis of flexibility and SoftBrands’ industry expertise and customer service.

Epitome will facilitate development of an easy to use database of customer preferences to help improve sales.

The da Vinci Villa Hotel will use the Epitome database to improve local marketing to its predominantly leisure client base.
