PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. and Newmarket® International, Inc. announce the expansion of their relationship to include Newmarket International’s membership in the ATRIO Platform Partner Exchange (APPX).

APPX represents a comprehensive program based on a shared commitment to bring greater value to the hospitality industry through integrated technologies, expanded services and capabilities, and customer service. The innovative design of the ATRIO hospitality technology platform includes an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) in a loosely coupled n-tier architecture that enables an entirely new level of systems integration, unmatched in the hospitality industry today.

APPX expands the existing relationship of the two companies to include closer collaboration from business concept to product development, integration, deployment and customer support. With the shared approach of XML messaging, support for HTNG standards, cloud computing, and a common use of the Microsoft .NET platform, the two companies recognize that effective collaboration represents the best opportunity to exceed customer expectations. The hospitality industry needs in depth cooperation from technology suppliers, and APPX establishes a mutual commitment to meet this market requirement.

“APPX represents an important, strategic program for PAR Springer-Miller and we are delighted to welcome Newmarket International as the first APPX member.  Both companies are committed to the rapid expansion of services and capabilities through integration and cooperation on the ATRIO hospitality technology platform,” remarked Larry Hall, president and CEO of PAR Springer-Miller.

“When we set out to identify the right partner to provide sales and catering functionality within ATRIO, Newmarket International and the Delphi® product suite represented the clear choice,” commented Hall. “Integrated on the ATRIO platform, Newmarket International and PAR Springer-Miller will deliver the gold standard for services, vendor collaboration, and feature velocity.”

“We could not be more pleased to team up with PAR Springer-Miller Systems,” said Shawn McGowan, chief operating officer at Newmarket International. “We are excited about the usability and technical directions of the new ATRIO platform.   With their modern Enterprise Service Bus architecture we are able to achieve new levels of integration that will benefit the industry and the users of our combined offerings.
