EasyRMS Secures New Deal with Growing Hotel Group in China

An industry-leading provider of SaaS revenue and yield management solutions to the global hotel industry, Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions Ltd (EasyRMS) has moved into one of the largest hotel companies in China, HNA Hotels and Resorts.

HNA owns the TANGLA and HNA hotel brands, with properties including: TANGLA Grand Palace, The TANG Hotel, Gardenlane Hotel by TANGLA, HNA Grand Hotel and HNA Express Inn.

An expanding company, in 2011 HNA spent €431.6 million acquiring a 20 percent share of NH Hoteles in Spain. HNA and NH will now build a new company to develop the NH brand in China. HNA also works closely with InterContinental and manages over 20 properties in both China and Europe for its international partners.

In a new deal, two HNA hotels are initially implementing the EzRMS™ Revenue Management solution; TANGLA Hotel Beijing and HNA Business Hotel Downtown Haikou. Both, coincidentally, have 380 rooms.

TANGLA Hotel Beijing is located next to the central government offices, Financial Street, shopping centres and numerous historical sites. Equipped with deluxe facilities, the professional and friendly staff serve guests from all around the world with typical TANGLA hospitality, ensuring they enjoy a real home away from home.

The HNA Business Hotel Downtown Haikou is located at the heart of downtown Haikou, the capital city of Hainan island. The four-star hotel offers a private, tropical garden – the only one of its kind in Haikou -  and is only a few steps away from the First Shopping Mall and Ming Zhu Square, and less than half an hour’s drive to Haikou Meilan International Airport or Haikou Railway Station. The hotel strives to provide a warm and friendly service to all its guests, hoping to make their business trips as pleasant as possible.

Both properties are deploying the EZRMS™ Core Module, Ez-QUOTE™, Ez-BUDGET™ and Ez-REGION™. An upload interface to HNA’s proprietary PMS is being developed by the EasyRMS team in conjunction with HNA’s technical team in Beijing, and is expected to be completed in early 2012.
