NORTHWIND Maestro PMS Selected by Seven Independent Resorts and Multiproperty Companies to Centralize Operations, Boost Productivity and Increase Revenue

NORTHWIND Maestro-PMS, provider of Maestro™ Property Management hotel software and reservation software solutions for the industry’s leading independent hotels, resorts and multiproperty groups, announced operators of seven independent resorts and multiproperty hotel companies selected Maestro to integrate operations for greater efficiency.

New Maestro users are the Breezy Point Resort, a four-season Minnesota destination, which will install Maestro PMS, Owner Management, Sales & Catering and Spa Activities Management; the luxury Inn at Dos Brisas near Houston, Texas, with Maestro PMS, Sales & Catering and Analytics; the 150-room London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu City, Nev., with Maestro PMS, Sales & Catering, and Condo/Timeshare Owner Management; Jay Peak Golf Suites with Maestro True Multi-Property PMS; the Inn at Henderson’s Wharf, operated by Meyer Jabara Hotels (MJH), which will install Maestro True Multi-Property PMS for integration with MJH’s other independent properties. Also installing Maestro by NORTHWIND is the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort operated by Banff Lodging Company. Banff Lodging uses Maestro True-Multi-Property PMS to operate all its 10 properties on one database for instant cross-selling and greater staff efficiency.  The General Morgan Inn and Conference Center in Greenville, Tenn., will also install Maestro PMS.

“Breezy Point Resort is installing Maestro PMS, Owner Management, Sales & Catering, and Spa & Activities Management to streamline operations at our year-round destination,” said David Spizzo, general manager of Breezy Point Resort. The 350-unit resort, which includes approximately 100 vacation ownership/timeshare units, selected Maestro because of the system’s fully-integrated technology. “Maestro’s multi-module system uses a single database platform that creates a more efficient operating environment. Before Maestro, our property had to manage 12 separate systems; this was quite a challenge. When Maestro goes live in December, we will have only three systems which will enable our staff to be more productive.”  Breezy Point offers a ice center, two golf courses, a marina, and many other venues for active guests to enjoy in any season.
