iBAHN, a global leader in IP-based entertainment and information services for the hospitality and meeting industries, today announced that Alicia Jividen has joined the company as Director of Sales, Gaming, North America.

Jividen, a seasoned gaming sales and marketing executive, will be responsible for growing iBAHN’s business with gaming-focused hotels and meeting facilities, particularly in and around Las Vegas and in Native American gaming hotels throughout the country.

Jividen is a strategic hire by iBAHN, which aims to grow its footprint in the North American gaming industry. iBAHN’s industry leading hospitality technology solutions are well suited for the gaming arena, which has high standards for data security, more opportunities for in-room incremental sales via television and more need for technical integration.

Jividen has worked in the gaming industry for more than a decade, most recently serving as a sales manager at Aruze Gaming America. Prior to this position she worked with Konami Gaming and Systems and Bally Gaming and Systems, also in sales roles.  Jividen will be responsible for selling iBAHN products and solutions specifically to gaming-focused real estate owners, developers, management companies and hoteliers in the United States.

“Alicia’s track record of high-volume sales, expertise in the gaming industry and outgoing, energetic personality make her a great fit for iBAHN,” said Roger Crellin, iBAHN President of Americas.  “She will help to propel the iBAHN brand with North American gaming hotels and event centers, which will benefit from iBAHN’s superior capabilities in information and entertainment technologies.”

Jividen holds an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from Western New Mexico University, a BS in education from Northern Arizona University and an associate degree in liberal studies from Eastern Arizona College.
