Intelity, creator of one of the world’s first fully interactive guest services interfaces, will once again change the way hoteliers do business with the launch of ICE Instant.

With this introduction not only will hotels, regardless of their size, be able to create a customized app for guests, but it will be done at little or no cost via ICEInstant.com. The user-friendly site takes hoteliers through a four-step process: sign up, select, submit and serve, allowing them to sign up; select the information, services and images that are best suited to their individual property; submit the data and name their price; and ultimately serve their guests in a way that provides them with the control, content and convenience they have come to expect. 

Today’s travelers are spending an average of three hours each day on their smartphones and tablets utilizing apps that meet their needs for airline check-in, restaurant information, and now with ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™), hotel services.  Upon completion of the ICE Instant process, hoteliers will have created their own version of Intelity’s virtual concierge platform, that will allow their guests to coordinate services such as wake-up calls, transportation requests, turn down services in addition to accessing destination information.  By simply downloading the app, guests will have the ability to coordinate these hotel services and more all from the convenience of their personal smartphone or tablet.

Providing a guest services solution through a platform they are accustomed to using is quickly becoming the standard. The introduction of ICE to the hospitality industry changed the way in which many hotels and resorts operate.  In fact, 85-percent of guests staying at hotels with the software use ICE an average of 11 times during their stays.

To date, Intelity has successfully launched 31 hotel apps in the Apple store, more than any other virtual guest services provider, and hoteliers using ICE Instant will find their apps amongst them as well as the Android Market (10 hotel apps) and BlackBerry App World should they select all three devices.
