Bartech Systems International Inc.,  a leader in automatic profit-generating minibar solutions for the global hospitality industry, has announced their participation in Hotel Interactive’s revolutionary new tradeshow concept, HI Connect Design, taking place March 21 – 23, 2012 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee.

In addition to their C32 and DD46 style automatic minibars, one of Bartech’s latest prototypes, the eDrawer, will be showcased at the event.

HI Connect Design will give attendees a chance to experience hospitality solutions in real-life settings, coined “vignettes”, while networking with contacts that represent the unique array of products and solutions displayed. In order to create these environments, the industry’s top designers have partnered with leading hospitality suppliers, representing the future of the hotel and travel industry.

A variety of Bartech’s fully customizable minibars, all created to maximize revenue and save hoteliers time and money through increased efficiency, will be on display in seven of the 30-plus different HI Connect vignettes themed for boutique, luxury, wellness and green/LEED properties’ guestrooms. The eDrawer, C32 and DD46 minibars will take center stage in environments created by some of the most sought after design firms including Cadiz Design Studio, vignette B9; HVS Design, vignette B2; Stroud Group/EDI International Inc., vignette A3; InnerImages, vignette B5; Design Force Corp, vignette A5; StudioDW, vignette B6; and Forrest Perkins, vignette A13.

Like all of Bartech’s offerings, the eDrawer, C32 and DD46 automatic minibars offer fully customizable design, along with a choice of five methods of central server communication between the minibars and hotel’s property management system. To streamline hotel operations, simplify inventory control and minimize loss, Bartech’s automatic minibars feature infrared, magnetic or micro-switch sensor technology that notifies the PMS when an item has been removed. Automatic minibars from Bartech are simpler to manage than outdated manual minibars, leading to enhanced operational efficiencies and profit potential while maximizing a hotel’s design options.

“Since the company’s inception over 20 years ago, Bartech has been on the cutting-edge of hospitality minibar design so it is only fitting that we participate in such a ground breaking new type of tradeshow,” says Mario Agrario, Bartech’s newly appointed Chief Executive Officer. “Our goal has always been to listen to the market and manufacture minibars that solve industry challenges. The HI Connect vignettes are the perfect way to showcase Bartech solutions in action across multiple property styles.”
