Revel Resort Opens with SuiteLinq

When the $2.4 billion Revel lifestyle resort opened its doors in Atlantic City on April 2, SuiteLinq was there.  As one of the hospitality industry's leading single-source provider of in-room, on-site and mobile content, connectivity and commerce to hotels, SuiteLinq has equipped 500 guestrooms at Revel with its Q | Vision and Q | Touch entertainment and interactive guest-service solutions.

By Revel’s Grand Opening in May, all 1,898 of the existing guestrooms will feature the dynamic, adaptable, and expandable interactive SuiteLinq platform.

Located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk between South New Jersey and South Connecticut avenues, Revel spans 20 acres of beachfront space and was designed to embrace its natural surroundings from the ocean to the beach.  When complete, the property will feature 14 restaurants, two nightclubs and a beach club, 1,898 guestrooms, retail shops, a 31,000-square-foot spa, two theaters with capacity for 5,050 and 700 guests respectively, and a 130,000-square-foot casino.  The resort, encompassing 6.3 million square feet, stands 47 stories tall and features stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean in all of its guestrooms.
At Revel, SuiteLinq's Q | Vision IPTV/VOD service will deliver interactive guest services and property information along with dynamic free-to-guest channels and on-demand programming via the in-room television.  Q | Touch will provide in-room tablets with telephone docking stations, providing one-touch access to all on-property information, guest messaging, concierge services, food-and-beverage promotions, room service options, housekeeping requests, guest surveys, folio review, express check-out, loyalty program integration, language preferences, flight tracking, local weather, local traffic and much more.  Q | Touch interactive desktop computers will be featured in hotel suites to enable guests to converge and collaborate.
