Guest-tek^TM announced the official release of myAway, their first mobile application available to guests staying at Guest-tek^TM enabled hotels. This app will give guests the ability to control their in-room TVs, personal calendar integration and flight information.

World radio is also built in, so guests can listen to their favorite radio stations on the TVs in their room, or on their iPad. Some of myAway’s other features are local and destination weather forecasts, restaurant locator, ability to browse and purchase hotel movie content and much more.

Connection is easy, guests download the free app and enter the myAway connect code that is shown on their TV screen, it’s that quick. Enhancements and new features are expected to be added on a continuous basis as the needs of travellers increase and change.
