Multi-Systems, Inc.  (MSI), hospitality technology solutions provider, quietly released its next generation cloud-based property management system solution, CloudPM, before its public debut at HITEC 2012, where it will be shown at MSI’s booth #1619 in Baltimore.

Deploying the system at multiple properties of different size and needs, managers from those properties were quick to compliment the system.

“In our city, more is good.  But for us, less is best.  CloudPM supports remote deployment and training, eliminates the necessity of a full-time IT department on site, and provides an affordable monthly subscription plan.  CloudPM is a practical, virtual reality.  We’re lucky to have it!”  Kirk Devitte, general manager, Lucky Club Casino, Las Vegas, Nev.

“We’re not a big hotel, but I needed to easily manage room inventory, reservations, and guest charges at our cabins, just as if we were.  CloudPM makes that happen, affordably.  It was a smart decision to try it, and using it has been a breeze.  MSI truly has a ‘cloud’ with a silver lining.”  Jennifer Baird, All Tucked Inn, Stockdale, Texas.

Ted Warring, chief technology officer at MSI said, “CloudPM was created as a true cloud platform, leveraging MSI’s more than 20 years of property management systems history.  Built upon leading technologies and architected to meet the modern hotelier’s need for simplicity and affordability, CloudPM provides leading functionality and connectivity.  Utilizing Microsoft Silverlight provides an extremely rich user experience beyond what is typically seen in similar browser-based applications.”

“We’ve reopened our property with 80 rooms and plan to add several more.  During the transition—and beyond—I am confident MSI and CloudPM will safeguard my property data offsite.  In the past, I came to know MSI and their impeccable support services, so I know they’ve got my back.”  Seth Davis, Astoria River Walk Inn, Astoria, Oregon.

“We are very impressed with the features and technology of MSI CloudPM.  We will be using CloudPM as a ‘model property management system’ from which to teach our future hoteliers at the university.”  Galen Collins, Professor of Northern Arizona University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.

“In the world of yesteryear, concludes Rick Munson, President and CEO at MSI, “some of us were apprehensive to let paper go in favor of computers.  Today, it’s the standard.  MSI reaches beyond that, imparting future technological advances to hoteliers with the greatest data security and flexibility at a minimal fare—all in the cloud.  Thank you, our devoted customers, for entrusting MSI, CloudPM, and our other hospitality technology solutions.”
