Blue Mountain Networks (www.bluemtnnet.com) teams with Hotwire Communications to install the first of its kind, M-Suites™ Communications as a Service (CaaS) hospitality centric software, in the luxurious 5-Star Diamond Head Beach Resort and Spa owned by Sunstream Hotel and Resorts, a premier resort management company.

This revolutionary technology developed by Blue Mountain Networks replaces traditional PBX’s with a Cloud based VoIP solution providing hotels with the tool to combat fluctuating occupancy rates using an Occupancy Based TM service plan, without compromising the specific hospitality features Hotels require.

“Blue Mountain Networks forward thinking and innovative technology changes the way hotels purchase communication services for their properties. It now gives us a tool enabling us to match revenues with costs and eliminates the huge outlay of capital associated with purchasing PBX’s, this is really extraordinary.” said Keith Murphy, director of IT for Sunstream Hotels and Resorts.

“The days of spending exorbitant amounts of money on traditional telephone service and equipment are over, VoIP opens a whole new avenue of providing communications as a guest amenity.”

Hotwire provided Diamond Head Beach Resort and Spa with fiber delivered telecommunications services including IPTV Free To Guest, internet, and Video on Demand. Providing one point of contact for service and billing, they have brought order to the chaos. Kristin Johnson, President of Hotwire, comments “Blue Mountain’s hosted PBX product was a perfect complement to Hotwire’s IP suite of services delivered at Diamond Head."
