Genares™has announced that one of their long-term clients, Shilo Inns, has signed a new longer term agreement that promises increased service capabilities for Shilo customers.

Included in the agreement is a custom integration with Shilo’s proprietary systems. This integration will allow Shilo properties to manage Genares and all the sales channels from the property level management system.  Genares will also provide a customized, fully featured web booking engine and mobile booking applications.  Finally, Genares will also be implementing their proprietary voice application for the Shilo call center. The Genares call center voice application is Internet based software and may be applied by users globally.

“We have had a long standing relationship with Shilo and are happy to provide integration solutions that will help them achieve their goals,” said Eugene Harris, President of Genares.  “This agreement shows that Genares remains on the cutting edge of technology that hospitality companies such as Shilo are looking for to provide customers with better service and to ultimately increase their bottom line.”

“Shilo Inns takes pride with connecting to our guests quickly, reliably and safely in the modern technology environment,” said Shilo’s Director of Information Technology, Chris Akans.  “Our partnership with Genares allows us to continue providing easy, convenient access to hotel information and room reservations on the widest range of consumer electronics.”

Shilo Inns has been around since 1974 and are the largest private, independently owned and operated hospitality company in the Western United States with nearly 40 locations in the area, plus affiliate locations across the Midwest and the Southern United States.  Shilo’s research states that more than 95 percent of their guests return or recommend their hotels to other guests.
