Harpers Restaurant Group Upgrades Its POS, Rolls Out Profit Series from Hospitality Solutions International

Hospitality Solutions International (HSI), a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, is pleased to announce that  Harpers Restaurant Group has renewed its investment in HSI with a major upgrade of its Profit Series Point-of-Sale (POS) software.

Additionally, the newest concept of Modern Mediterranean Cuisine, M5, is installing Profit Series and is due to open in May.

Harpers Restaurant Group is a long-time customer of HSI and has implemented Profit Series in each of its restaurants as they have grown.  Harpers Restaurant Group currently operates 5 Harper’s branded casual cuisine locations in 3 states.    Harpers Restaurant Group also owns and operates several high profile fine dining locations in Charlotte, NC, operating as Mimosa Grill, Upstream, Arpa Tapas – Wine Grill, and Zink American Kitchen. 

The Profit Series POS allows Harpers Restaurant Group to deploy a single platform across its concepts.  >From fine dining to Harper’s casual cuisine, Profit Series provides consistency for operations and reporting.  The decision to upgrade to Profit Series version 7.06 positions Harpers Restaurant Group to implement a  back office application from an HSI business partner and additionally, provides the latest PCI compliance and security requirements.
