EasyRMS, an Infor company and a leading provider of SaaS Revenue & Yield Management solutions to hotel businesses worldwide, is proud to announce the successful implementation of the EzRMS™ Product Suite in all of the eight properties of Singapore’s biggest local owner-operators of hotels and services residences, Far East Hospitality.

Under the hospitality arm of Singapore’s largest private property developer, Far East Organization, Far East Hospitality’s current hotel portfolio comprises of eight distinctive hotels; Oasia Hotel Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel, The Elizabeth Hotel, The Quincy Hotel, Landmark Village Hotel, Albert Court Village Hotel, Changi Village Hotel and the latest addition, East Village Hotel. All the eight hotels are now equipped with the EzRMS™ Product Suite.
Since the completion of the installation and training in the third quarter of 2011, Far East Hospitality group is beginning to benefit from the EzRMS™ Core Module, Ez-QUOTE™, Ez-REGION™ and Ez-COMPETE™, along with an upload to Opera V5 PMS and Ez-Yield interfaces, which will help maximise their total revenue potential in the long term.

Mr. Raphael Saw, chief operating officer of Far East Hospitality said, “Implementing EzRMS™ is a leap into the future. As we become more focused and structured in our revenue management decision-making, by deploying EzRMS™, it allows us to understand the market demand and customers behavior so that we can react quickly to changing market conditions in order to manage our hotels more efficiently.”
Lisa Wakelin, senior revenue management consultant – EasyRMS, who completed the installation said, “Far East Hospitality showed great enthusiasm by the large number of attendees at their EzRMS™ installation training sessions and have adopted EzRMS™ as part of their daily function within the hotels. They have already begun using both the Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager interfaces to upload the recommendations from EzRMS™ into their distribution systems which is a great time saver for the hotel’s reservations teams but also for their central reservations teams as it allows them to access rates more easily and quote pricing to potential customers faster without having to consult manual pricing documentation.
EzRMS™ has also helped the hotels’ sales teams in evaluating good selling opportunities for group business by using the Ez-QUOTE™ module to assess the viability of particular groups across our chain of hotels. In addition to this, they are able to access a myriad of detailed reports on historical and on-the-books production of Preferred Accounts and Market Segmentation.
