The questions in the paper were primarily determined by communicating with hoteliers from an array of branded and independent properties across North America.  The paper was designed to share insights from trusted industry leaders—insights that various types of hotels, resorts and hotel management companies can implement at their properties to help drive revenue.  A sampling of the questions:
