Charlotte Russe Taps MICROS-Retail for a Comprehensive Omni-Channel Solution

MICROS-Retail, a division of MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS), and leading provider of retail technology for the specialty and general merchandise retail industry, is pleased to announce a partnership with the apparel and accessories retailer Charlotte Russe to develop and build a robust omni-channel solution as part of a revamp of its retail systems.

The MICROS-Retail solution covers all retail touchpoints with its products: Open Commerce Platform for eCommerce; Relate for customer relationship management; Xstore for point-of-sale; Locate for order brokering, hosting and managed services; and third-party applications for social media and more. The variety of solutions available and working together was a deciding factor for the retailer when choosing a solution provider.

While reinvigorating the look and feel of their site is important, Charlotte Russe first looked to find a solid foundation to build it upon. Their target demographic of millennials shop online as well as in-store-providing a multi-channel solution with continuity of experience will be influential in their overall success.
