Blue Mountain Software and Communications Supply Service Association (CSSA) enter an agreement that establishes CSSA as the Tier III sales and servicing arm in the US market for the revolutionary Occupancy Based VoIP Service, M-Suites™ Communications as Service (CaaS) hospitality centric software.

This new age technology developed by Blue Mountain Software replaces traditional PBX’s with a Cloud based VoIP solution providing hotels with a tool to combat fluctuating occupancy rates using an Occupancy Based TM service plan, that meets the specific hospitality feature set required by hotels.

“Blue Mountain Software’s solution enables service providers to leverage their investment in soft switch infrastructure while providing a significant competitive advantage over legacy PBX systems,” said Scott Davison, VP of strategic product development for CSSA.

With CSSA as the catalyst, hundreds of rural and regional telephone service providers will have access to this exciting new technology. Telephone companies are able to purchase turn-key equipment packages designed for different size hotels to streamline installations. Telephone service providers can now extend their carrier grade service into the hotel and replace end-of-life PBXs, consolidate communications services reducing overall costs and offer one point of contact for service and billing.  CaaS minimizes the high usage overhead hotel s have faced in the past and allows carriers to offer this service with greater efficiency, lower overhead and zero inventory.   CaaS brings order to the chaos allowing voice technology to move out of the closet and into the cloud.
