MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.), a hospitality industry cloud services technology provider, marked the end of a hot summer with a cool start to its customers’ latest accomplishment.

MSI’s customers using WebRES have been effusive in their praise of the service.

“WebRES works!” said Roger Padayao of the Saga Motor Hotel in Pasadena, California.  “It brings in bookings and revenue behind the scenes.  There is no maintenance effort on our part.  It saves thousands in fees, and as the numbers indicate, funds are rolling in.”

Greg Esdale, GM of The Hostel in Teton Village, Wyoming said, "We thought that an alternate PMS would put us at the cutting edge of technology.  What we got was a glitchy interface, frustratingly slow reservations and check-ins, and complete non-compliance with PCI standards.  Having switched to MSI's WinPM ahead of our busy summer season, we enjoy its speed and stability, which allows us to spend less time screaming at the computer screen and more time with our guests.”

Esdale said, “Most importantly, we have seen an increase in guests booking through our hotel's own website.  I attribute that to the greater sense of trust when using MSI's WebRES compared to the previous PMS's booking engine. We are very pleased to offer the conveniences of MSI to our guests."

“WebRES liberates hotel staff to do what they do best, and offers guests an appealing, online booking experience,” said Rick Munson, MSI president and CEO.  “The result? A boost in profits for the hotelier.  This $10-million success confirms the need for and increases the value of WebRES in the hospitality industry.  Congratulations to all who have placed their confidence in MSI and in WebRES.  Excelling in hotel technology and services for you is our number one passion—summer, fall, and all the rest.”
