Hospitality Upgrade’s Executive Vendor Summit golf tournament raised funds for Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals’ (HFTP®) scholarship fund by allowing teams to donate funds for a mulligan, which gave teams a second chance at a golf shot.

All proceeds from mulligans at the golf tournament, which was held on April 11 at Bridlewood Golf Club in Flower Mound, Texas, will benefit students attending hospitality schools across the globe.

“HFTP has proved time and time again that it is dedicated to furthering the hospitality technology and financial fields through endeavors like the HFTP Scholarship Fund,” said Rich Siegel, president and publisher of Hospitality Upgrade. “Hospitality Upgrade is proud to support HFTP because their commitment aligns with our commitment of shaping and defining the future of the hospitality technology industry.”

Hospitality Upgrade's Executive Vendor Summit was held April 11-13 at the Omni Mandalay in Las Colinas, Texas. The summit was an invitation-only event limited to presidents and C-level executives of technology vendors actively involved in the hospitality industry. The conference combined education sessions with networking opportunities, allowing vendors to form critical relationships with peers in a relaxed environment.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit: University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management; Cornell School of Hotel Administration; Florida International University School of Hospitality and Tourism Management; University of New Orleans Lester E. Kabacoff School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration; University of Nevada, Las Vegas William F.
