Kenexa®, a leading provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, announced that Nashville, Tenn.-based Gaylord Entertainment has chosen Kenexa’s industry-leading, on-demand employee assessment and recruiting solutions to help identify and retain top talent.

Under the terms of the five-year agreement, Gaylord Entertainment will use Kenexa Recruiter Enterprise™, a hosted applicant-tracking system, to streamline its recruitment process and identify the most talented job candidates for its customer-centered hospitality, resort and entertainment company.  In addition, Gaylord will use this solution with Kenexa Selector™ to provide potential hires with performance prediction questionnaires that assess personality, analytical ability, situational savvy and experience as these are industry-critical attributes that influence customer satisfaction.
