Utilizing innovative hotel revenue management technology to help hoteliers increase their bottom line and streamline operations will be the focus of Amadeus, a global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, at HITEC 2007, June 25-28 in Orlando, Florida.

"In this day and age, revenue management needs to be everybody's business," said Annette Hogan, Managing Director of the Hospitality Business Group for Amadeus North America. "Hoteliers want the best visibility into and control over their inventory as well as proven solutions to grow revenues and better manage the guest experience and that's exactly what Amadeus technology delivers."

According to Hogan, the Amadeus Hotel Revenue Management System (RMS) provides a holistic view of revenue data from all revenue streams across the entire business, allowing hoteliers to capture the total revenue spent by each customer and helping them increase profits through better demand forecasting and optimization for hotel groups or single properties. The solution delivers critical, system-wide capabilities for both individual hotels and groups including extensive reporting, forecast accuracy, cluster optimization and automated recommendations.

"We have designed our hotel solutions to be easily integrated with existing hotel IT systems through a rapid implementation timeline so hoteliers can get the system working to pay for itself by uncovering new revenue-building opportunities," added Hogan.

Hoteliers will be able to take a look at the Amadeus Hotel RMS and other Amadeus hotel and hospitality technologies at HITEC, booth  No. 255.

Hogan said the Amadeus Hotel Business Group will continue to develop new distribution and technology solutions with one goal in mind–to help hotel and hospitality companies maximize their business growth goals while delivering the highest level of service to their customers.

And speaking of helping, for every HITEC attendee that visits the Amadeus booth (No. 255) while at the conference, Amadeus will make a $25 donation to the charity of their choice from a selection of global, local and industry causes.  Attendees will also receive a “For the Global Good” bracelet and have the chance to select which charity receives an additional $500 bonus.

"As a truly global company, Amadeus recognizes that we have an opportunity–and a responsibility–to positively impact people around the world," said Hogan. "That's why we are inviting HITEC attendees to not only make contacts at the show, but to also take a minute to make a difference."
