AAA Four-Diamond Rating Awarded To The Inn At Harbor Shores

In early 2019, INTELITY announced that its robust guest engagement and staff management platform launched at the Inn at Harbor Shores, a luxury resort property located on beautiful Lake Michigan.

Established as Michigan's first beach, golf and waterfront destination, the Inn at Harbor Shores has provided guests with extensive amenities and outstanding service throughout its rich history. With the implementation of the INTELITY platform, The Inn increased guest-to-staff connectivity and streamlined its onsite experience. Implementation included guest-facing amenities such as in-room tablets and a mobile app, along with INTELITY's back-office solution that integrates with the hotel's existing property management system. 
 
Guests can now use their mobile devices to check-in, enter their room, and interact with staff easily during their stay. This streamlined tech-enabled model meets the AAA requirement for the Four-Diamond Rating and gives modern guests the digital resources they expect.
