Ryan will take part in the panel discussion titled, “Adopting Technology to Reinvent the Integrated Resort Experience,” on May 15 at 9:45 a.m., ET.  The panel will focus on the important role non-gaming revenue plays in the overall profits of many gaming operations. As part of the overall discussion, Ryan will share how casino resorts can enhance the guest experience through collaboration and intelligent use of technology.

 

For more than 10 years, Ryan has helped lead Agilysys’ gaming business strategy and was instrumental in bringing the Agilysys flagship products to record-breaking growth. He is responsible for strengthening industry partnerships while helping casino resorts enhance their entire guest journey with the use of innovative technology solutions.
