This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in North Carolina, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The rankings are made up of companies from a variety of industries including hospitality, financial, manufacturing and retail. Bulk TV ranked #19 in the small-medium sized company category, which represents companies with 15 to 249 U.S. employees.

Bulk TV has quickly become a leader in turnkey technology solutions tailored to meet the needs of hotels, senior living communities and healthcare centers. "Undoubtedly, the talent and expertise of our employees sets us apart from our competitors," said Tim Conley, partner and COO for Bulk TV & Internet. "It is an honor to be named to this esteemed list based on the positive feedback of our staff. Our employees are the key to our success, and we are grateful for their contributions to the mission of the company."

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be a publicly or privately held business
  • Have a facility in the state of North Carolina
  • Have at least 15 employees in North Carolina

This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in North Carolina and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
