CyberTek Adds Ryan Hodge as Help Desk Manager

CyberTek MSSP announced the hiring of Ryan Hodge as Help Desk Manager. His addition is one of a series of recent staffing moves by the company to expand its service provision to meet the strong demand for managed security services in the hospitality industry.

Based remotely in support of the Pensacola, FL office, the Help Desk Manager is a full-time position that is responsible for overseeing all Help Desk functions, including scheduling, training and development, technical assistance, and customer satisfaction. CyberTek’s Help Desk operates as the front line of support for all company services and offers 23/7/365 continuous support.

Hodge brings an extensive resume to CyberTek. He has worked in the IT sector since 2010, handling a range of responsibilities including networking, server setup, physical infrastructure, and end-user deployment and support. Hodge received a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University and holds certifications in CCNA, CompTia Security+, Network+, and A+. He currently resides in Akron, Ohio.
