David Cox to Lead Springer-Miller’s Industry-Leading Support Team

Springer-Miller Systems (SMS), one of the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality and spa management systems, announced David Cox has joined Springer-Miller Systems as senior director of support.

In his role as Senior Director of Support, David will utilize his 15 years of customer and support management experience to lead Springer-Miller’s worldwide support team. Springer-Miller provides client support for both the SMS|Host Property Management System and the SpaSoft Spa Management System from offices in Las Vegas, Toronto, London, Kuala Lumpur and Stowe, Vermont. David will ensure that Springer-Miller’s support team is not only providing industry-leading support today, but is positioned to grow as the company expands.

Prior to joining Springer-Miller Systems, David led support organizations for iTradeNetwork, Solar Winds and Symantec.
