DerbySoft Launches MetaSearch Manager 2.0

Launched May 28, 2016 by DerbySoft, a global hotel technology solutions company, MetaSearch Manager 2.0 is a newly designed application for hotels to manage metasearch connections and optimize marketing opportunities.

“The metasearch landscape is constantly changing, as are the ways hotels participate in the programs," said Dean Schmit, sales operations manager. "As the first company to actively engage in this market we have learned a lot from our clients and incorporated this feedback into the latest release."
“MSM 2.0 includes a brand new user interface as well as an extensive selection of robust charts, graphs and reports," he said. "Our clients will be able to use this information for detailed performance analysis and effective cross-channel optimization.”
MetaSearch Manager is one of the most widely used customer acquisition tools on the market, currently servicing over 30,000 hotels, from Hilton to Marriott, Starwood to Carlson and various smaller chains in numerous countries around the globe. 
This new release is specially designed for cross-channel optimization. All data is in one place, meaning the system can analyze and adapt according to the performance of each metasearch travel site, or establish specific goals for each channel.
The new dashboard provides visual representation of performance across multiple KPIs, so it’s ideal for users adapting for presentations and management meetings.
System features customizable alerts that can be used to notify users of major changes in number of clicks, conversion rate, bookings, impressions and more.
DerbySoft’s experience has helped develop an upgraded version of their application centered on the factors that matter most.
