Digital Alchemy Honored with Silver Adrian Award for iNeed™ Mobile Concierge

Digital Alchemy, a pioneer of customer relationship management (CRM) and e-marketing solutions for the global hospitality market, has been recognized by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) with a Silver Adrian Award for Digital Marketing Excellence for its iNeed™ on-site mobile concierge.

iNeed was a winning entry in the 56th annual Adrian Awards, one of the largest and most prestigious travel marketing competitions globally.

This year's contest attracted more than 1,100 entries from around the world, with entries judged by top executives from all sectors of the industry. On January 28, 2013, HSMAI will pay tribute to Digital Alchemy during the annual HSMAI Adrian Awards Gala, a black-tie affair attended by more than 1,000 hospitality, travel and tourism marketing executives at the New York Marriott Marquis.

iNeed is part of Digital Alchemy's Mobile Life™ platform with a cloud-based mobile site designed to meet guest service and hotel marketing needs. The guest-facing mobile site makes it easy for guests to digitally submit service requests for common needs, such as housekeeping, room service, valet and maintenance. iNeed helps improve the guest experience while enhancing hotels' labor efficiency by eliminating the need for staff to manually enter guest service requests. The system is fully customizable for individual hotels and groups, allowing for user interface branding as well as changes to the service forms and icons.

Since iNeed resides in the cloud versus a mobile app, it does not require a download, making it very different from other guest request solutions on the market. iNeed's intuitive technology automatically detects the device accessing it, and serves up either the mobile phone, tablet or desktop version for a more user-friendly experience. Another key differentiator that helped iNeed to secure the Adrian Award is its integration with hotel property management systems for quick access to guest profile information and the ability to tailor marketing messages.
