Dot.Cy achieves Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle Hospitality Hotel Expertise for Delivering Proven, Repeatable Integration.

Dot.Cy, a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced that it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration for Oracle Hospitality Hotel Expertise using OWS (Opera Web Services) and OXI OPERA eXchange Interface) for its integration of dot.Hospitality with Oracle Hospitality OPERA.

The integration offers an all-inclusive cloud-based solution to drive hospitality-specific processes such as management of guest profiles, accounts, contact center operations, computer telephony, offers and follow-ups, complaints, service requests, housekeeping & preventive maintenance optimization, sales & catering, and marketing automation.
Expertise is a core tenet of the modernized Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program and allows Oracle partners to highlight their capabilities in a focused area. Ultimately, Expertise is designed to make it easy for customers to identify partners who can deliver quality solutions and minimize risk for their specific needs.

The integration between dot.Hospitality and Oracle Hospitality OPERA provides capabilities such as updating guest, contact, account and agency profiles from the desktop and mobile modules of dot.Hospitality, embedded master data management functionality (MDM) for detecting duplicate profiles, cleansing and enriching profile information and merging profile data and transactions to create a “golden record” which in turn updates Oracle Hospitality OPERA profiles, thus realizing dramatic data quality improvements. dot.Hospitality leverages Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities in security, search, reporting, business intelligence, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams integration, as well as Oracle Hospitality OPERA’s rich functionality and integration interfaces to provide an enterprise-level, cloud-based, world-class platform that is secure and easy to use and administer.
