Eleven has announced the release of ElevenGC Lite, a new addition to the Eleven GC product line.

The newest member of the ElevenGC family is user-friendly, affordable and ideally suited for the select service market or for hotels that do not charge guests for computer use.

ElevenGC Lite, available on both Mac and PC all-in-one computers, provides a luxury guest experience at a new, lower price with features such as:
  • Positive guest experience: ElevenGC delights guests with the user-friendly interface, full desktop capability, free printing in the Boarding Pass Zone, and custom branded login screen.
  • Security you can trust: Designed to help protect public-use computers and the guests who use them, all documents, applications and other guest-related content is completely removed after each session.
  • Anytime, anywhere: From business centers to lobby kiosks to private suites, ElevenGC guest computers are suited for use throughout the hotel.
  • Turnkey solution with 24/7 support: In addition to an all-hours guest help desk and emergency technical support for hotels, ElevenGC is proactively monitored to maximize uptime.
  • Cloud-based platform: a centralized web interface enables users to manage and monitor their system with ease. The platform also powers Eleven's guest Internet management software, ElevenOS.
ElevenGC is an approved guest computing solution for nearly all the major brands. "I trust Eleven with the public computers at my properties because they are secure, fully functional and easy for guests to use," said Alkesh Patel, owner of Holiday Inn Express Amarillo and Holiday Inn Express Amarillo West. "Eleven's team has always delivered professional account management, installation services and support to our hotels. ElevenGC perfectly suits our needs."

"While Eleven began with boutique and luxury hotels, over the past decade we have built relationships with nearly all the major hotel brands. We are excited to round out our product line to better meet a broader range of hotels," said Eleven's CEO, Dan Meub. "We look forward to helping even more hotels provide a five-star guest technology experience."
