The upcoming Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference is set to provide attendees an insider’s look at the pressing technology strategies prioritized in the C-suite.

The General Session: “Technology Talk in the C-suite: 2020 and Beyond” on Tuesday, June 18, will be moderated by Chip Rogers, president and CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), and features an impressive panel line up of leading hotel executives. The discussion will revolve around how their organizations are addressing topics such as: cybersecurity, data protection legislation and policy, consumer-facing tech platforms, the future of robotics and AI to name a few. Produced by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), HITEC Minneapolis will be the second, and largest, HITEC event of 2019, and will be held from June 17-20 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minn.

“Technology is now central to a hotel’s operations, reaching almost every function of the property,” said HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe, CAE. “Having a candid discussion like this is the essence of HITEC, because it will highlight the strategies hotel companies are deploying to an audience of individuals that will make it happen.”
