Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") is proud to announce the addition of two seasoned industry professionals to its team as the firm sets forward for growth.

Sophia Pittaluga will be based out of Hunter’s Miami Office as a Vice President. With over seven years of industry experience, Sophia will be responsible for overseeing and executing single asset and portfolio hospitality transactions. Sophia’s addition will further accelerate HUNTER’s strong activity and presence in Florida. Prior to joining HUNTER, Sophia was Vice President of Acquisitions at Driftwood Capital and spent five years at LNR Partners (an affiliate of Starwood Property Trust).

Spencer Davidson will serve as Vice President in HUNTER’s New York office. Spencer’s tenure is noted by his time at CBRE Hotels, C-III Capital and then LW Hospitality Advisors. Working closely with the entire HUNTER team – Spencer will build on the existing relationships and establish new ground for HUNTER in the northeast region.
