MCOM Media Communications Integrates HOTstream with Knowcross KNOW Service

MCOM Media Communications announced its collaboration with Knowcross, a global leader in technology intelligence for the hospitality operations industry, to allow seamless integration between the HOTstream platform and KNOW Service.

This integration between MCOM and KNOW Service allows the submission of popular guest requests like requests for an extra pillow, coffee, toiletries etc., through the HOTstream platform without having to call the reception, thus facilitating the process and improving the hotel's response time. Requests can be submitted directly from the in-room TV’s or any guest mobile device, helping the hotel to personalize the process and increase guest satisfaction.

The enhanced service made its debut at Dubai’s Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, which is already reporting success. Automating the handling of guest requests through the in-room TVs, has led to increased staff productivity, improved response times and an increase in the quality service standards allowing for a better guest experience.
