MCOMS, a leading guest-facing solution provider for the hospitality industry is proud to announce that has partnered once again with Swisscom, Switzerland's leading telecom provider and IT company, to provide Schweizerhof Luzern Hotel with powerful in-room and mobile guest experience.
The five-star-hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is situated right on the shores of Lake Lucerne and has been managed by the Hauser family, for more than 150 years. The festival hotel boasts 101 spacious rooms and suites, outstanding service, three speciality restaurants, a wellness area and stunning banquet rooms.

We trusted Swisscom and MCOMS to design a unique solution specifically tailored to our version hospitality, and we are more than pleased with the results.”
The partnership between MCOMS and Swisscom allowed the Hotel to offer guests a wide portfolio of interactive guest services including welcome message, view bill, HD TV channels, appr. 100 HD movies and more interactive services to all in-room TVs, enhanced with HOTstream Cast, the unique solution that allows guests to enjoy their own content from their favourite apps (e.g. Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime, Spotify etc) directly to the in-room TVs.
Thanks to the Swisscom Networks expertise and the Integration of Wireless and Wired Network the HOTstream hospitality platform was implemented in Hybrid mode and all interactivity and apps are working over the WiFi.
To complement the hotel’s luxury experience, the hotel added HOTstream’s Mobile app for iOS and Android devices that allows access to hotel offers, services and facilities, maps of the area with Points of Interests and TV channels. In addition to enhance contactless experiences for the guests, the app includes a remote control feature allowing each guest to control their in-room TV with their own tablet or smartphone, and the option to select the channel on the device and watch it on the screen.
