MSI CloudPM 1.2 Update Released to Pilot Properties
Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI), a cloud services hospitality technology solutions provider, announced the update and enhancement release to its newest property management system, MSI CloudPM, to select properties.  The tactical approach to implementation with these properties demonstrates relationship-building, continuous product and services improvements, and timely deliverance of new cloud technology.

“There is a big difference with MSI CloudPM!  It’s 100% better than anything I’ve used,” said Maria Stone, Operations Manager at Liberty Lodge, St. Robert, MO.  “In this business, we need a fast and easy-to-use PM system.  CloudPM is so friendly our new front desk staff is operating independently after only three days on the job.  Our new General Manager Lela Colburn is navigating with ease through the entire system after a few weeks.  Updates take minutes versus hours of our time.  It’s exactly what we need to maintain prime functionality at the property!  As for technical support services, MSI is there 24-hours a day and always listens to us.”

“We continue to build on our industry-leading cloud technology in a way that makes sense in real life situations,” said Mark Loyd, MSI’s Chief Strategy Officer. “We are making investments in our solutions that make tasks simpler, quicker, and provide better results. The proof is in how our customers are responding.”

A few refinements to CloudPM 1.2 include the following functionalities: Tax Exempt Management, Incidental Folios, Utilities Link, additional interfaces, and more.
