Peter Holmes Joins The Rainmaker Group as Director of Strategic Accounts

Peter Holmes, a hospitality industry veteran, has joined The Rainmaker Group as director of strategic accounts.

Rainmaker is the market leader in profit optimization solutions servicing hotels, casino hotels and resorts – but its acclaimed company culture is what attracted Holmes to the post.

“Before joining Rainmaker, I heard clients rave about the company and its customer focus,” said Holmes. “The endorsements made my decision an easy one. With more than 25 years of executive experience in the hospitality and travel sector at companies like TravelClick, where he most recently served as executive director of sales for global enterprise solutions, and OpenTable, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge in business development and account management. His new role at Rainmaker involves cultivating and growing long-term relationships with hotel brands, management companies, ownership groups and other strategic customers so they can fully leverage Rainmaker solutions, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Holmes was born in Seattle and raised on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, and his career has led him to states such as California, Arizona, Massachusetts and Illinois. He and his family have called Chicago home for over 30 years.
