PhoneSuite, the hotel voice communications solution company, has announced the installation of its 4,000th hotel telephone system, which will be installed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix North-Scottsdale.

PhoneSuite, a leading provider of hotel voice communication solutions for more than 25 years, is proud to announce the installation of its 4,000th hotel telephone system at the new Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix North-Scottsdale.

 
A 104-room, new-build property owned and managed by Kuber Hotel Group, this Holiday Inn Express was in need of an affordable, feature-rich phone system. Management turned to Jim Heaton from Territorial Telecom in Tucson, AZ, who had serviced some of Kuber’s other properties. Heaton immediately recommended the PhoneSuite 112e system, which is designed for midscale hotels.

 
“Jim told us this phone system was a must have, and we also spoke to some friends who were happy PhoneSuite customers. It was a big change since we had previously used other brands at our hotels, but we are very impressed with PhoneSuite. The installation was simple, the system is easy to learn, and it has numerous features that improve operations and meet the needs of our guests,” said CEO Shane Kuber.
