At the property, the Knowcross team worked with the various departments to seamlessly integrate the Knowcross platform, with the hotel’s PMS. Hotel specific customization of the different modules allows all the staff members to extensively use the feature rich modules for fulfilling room assignments and accommodating guest requests while also increasing their own productivity and inter-department coherence.
