SHR Announces New CRS Product Features, Plus PMS and OTA Integrations

SHR, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, a pioneer of advanced hotel distribution technologies, has unveiled several new features within their Windsurfer® CRS Enterprise and Essentials products, in addition to two new key product integrations. 
 

Windsurfer Enterprise clients will now be able to Assign Policies by Channel, allowing them, for example, to set one cancellation policy for the Windsurfer® Booking Engine and a different policy for GDS. They will also enjoy a newly-expanded Registered Guest Reports feature. This means that reports can now be pulled at hotel level or chain level, helping Enterprise clients gain a deeper understanding of who their registered guests are and their stay history to better serve those guests.
 
For Windsurfer Essentials clients, SHR will now support add-ons via the Windsurfer Booking Engine. This will help provide a convenient and additional revenue source for these clients while providing richer booking options for their guests.    
 
As part of SHR’s continuing commitment to provide useful integrations to its hotel partners, the company will now interface with the Hotel Key App PMS. This cloud-based property management system has become even more robust recently, having been newly-certified to support Rates, Inventory, Restrictions, Reservations and Group Blocks. 
 
Expanding on SHR’s direct channel offerings, Windsurfer is now integrated with Reserve Direct, a destination-based OTA. Guests searching on Reserve Direct’s website will now be able to create their own “bundles” to customize their stay, and hotels can benefit from the additional distribution via Reserve Direct’s 2.5M customer base.

These features and integrations are currently active and available to all applicable SHR clients.
