SHR Introduces Wave™ RMS

SHR, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, a pioneer of advanced hotel revenue generation technologies, has rolled out its new Revenue Management System, Wave™ RMS, joining the best of machine learning with human intelligence to optimize hotel revenue strategies. 

Wave is part of SHR’s larger vision of the Force10 engine; a combination of SHR hospitality and technology knowledge, plus artificial intelligence (AI). 
This move by the company is reflective of their substantial investment in AI as a meaningful enhancement to traditional hospitality technology platforms. In keeping with the company’s mission to simplify the complex world of hoteliers with innovation and superior service, Wave is set up to deliver consistently reliable recommendations with an ease not currently found in most of today’s RMSs. 
Born from the company’s alliance with David Moneo and the Spanish AI research team, Algorth, Wave is geared to help Revenue Managers break free from solely trusting the so-called black boxes they are bound to by most of the market’s current revenue management systems.
