Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI), a cloud services hospitality technology solutions provider, announced the assignment of Scott Little to MSI Vice President of Operations.

“Scott is one of our seasoned associates, having been a part of MSI’s founding team in 1991,” said Rick Munson, MSI President and CEO. “Knowing Scott these many years, I see how his innate ability to care for others transforms lives. This immeasurable gift he gives will carry through to our customers via our team of professionals.”

In his role as vice president of operations, Scott will work intimately with the MSI Customer Service Centers, facilitating customer services in both the Dickinson, N.D. and Phoenix, Ariz. offices.

“It’s great to be back in the MSI family,” said Scott Little. “I feel empowered by the level of trust and acceptance given me by everyone here. Already feeling right at home, and knowledgeable of the services MSI provides, I believe we’ll make great strides toward enhancing overall customer satisfaction in the coming months and years. After all, that is at the heart of MSI!”

Scott worked alongside MSI’s associates for nine years, from 1991 to 2000, assisting with growing the company to its successful state today. In addition to directing the MSI customer support center, Scott also held significant positions in product management, quality assurance, and product development. Notable hospitality industry roles boosted Scott’s experience, including front office manager and manager on duty at the Sheraton Phoenix Airport in Tempe, Ariz., as well as assistant general manager of the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale. His recent endeavors in hospitality technology took place at LMG Data Mining in Tempe, where he served as director of operations, supervising hotel guest relations software, data mining, and email marketing for over 200 prestigious hotels and resorts across the United States and abroad.

“Scott’s influence left a lasting impression for good upon MSI,” Rick Munson said. “We are guided by the principle which adopts a belief in actively listening to our team of hotel and technology professionals. They, in turn, provide the same loyalty and support to our customers. With Scott, MSI’s goodness and loyalty to its customers will increase exponentially amid his renewed presence on our team. Welcome, Scott!”
