Sean Fitzpatrick Takes the Reins as CEO of OTA Insight

OTA Insight, a cloud-based data intelligence platform for the hospitality industry, announced the appointment of Sean Fitzpatrick as the organization’s next chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Fitzpatrick will succeed Adriaan Coppens, the company's co-founder and previous chief executive officer, who has led the company since its founding in 2012 and played an instrumental role in growing OTA Insight into an industry-leading business intelligence provider that supports more than 30,000 hotel properties in 140 countries. Due to family reasons, Coppens expressed his desire to step down from the day-to-day management of the business. Fitzpatrick comes to OTA Insight after serving as the chief operating officer and head of product at HotSchedules, where he oversaw product strategy and design across the HotSchedules portfolio, as well as scaled the company and customer operations through a period of rapid growth to become the global leader in the hospitality market. In his new role, Fitzpatrick will focus on leading aninnovative and customer driven strategy, while scaling operational excellence at OTA Insight.

Prior to joining HotSchedules, Fitzpatrick was global vice president of strategy and product management at Oracle Corporation focused on Advanced Customer Services. He has more than 20 years of executive management experience in the technology industry and has held senior leadership and strategy positions with BearingPoint, BroadVision and Nokia.
