Hospitality CRM solutions provider, Serenata IntraWare GmbH, announced the integration of its email marketing solution, @mail, with Nor1's end-to-end upsell platform, already in use at thousands of hotels across the world. The integration will enable all of Serenata's clients to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction by providing additional upsell opportunities.

Serenata IntraWare GmbH, a leading provider of hospitality CRM solutions and Nor1, Inc., the technology leader in upsell solutions, today announce an agreement to provide Nor1's end-to-end upsell platform as part of their e-mail marketing solution @mail, boosting revenue for those hotels activating this new integrated feature.

For years, Nor1's upsell platform has been serving thousands of hotels worldwide and some of the industry’s largest hotel brands to generate more revenue per reservation. With the new integration into Serenata’s @mail e-marketing product, these upsell solutions, eStandby Upgrade and FrontDesk Upsell, are now available to all Serenata clients and create another valuable opportunity to increase both hotel profit and guest satisfaction.

Serenata @mail enables hotels to handle the entire customer communication straight out of the CRS, PMS, Sales or SPA system by using a variety of professional (HTML) email templates. Nor1’s eStandby Upgrade enables hotels to make relevant and highly targeted offers delivered to guests post-confirmation but pre-arrival. The backbone of the upsell solution is the patented PRiME®, pricing and merchandising engine, which scientifically uses buyer-behavior dynamics coupled with predictive analytics to make dynamic, personalized, upsell offers. Now, these eStandby Upgrade offers will be seamlessly integrated into the @mail templates. With the increased exposure, the revenue potential for participating hotels is significant.
