SkyTouch and AavGo Integrate to Improve Operational Efficiency and Cost Reduction for Hotels

SkyTouch Technology, a dynamic and 100 percent cloud-based Hotel Operations Platform announced that they have integrated with AavGo, a leading hospitality technology product company that develops state of the art and cost effective solutions for the hospitality industry.

The connection enables hoteliers to use the SkyTouch Property Management System (PMS) and AavGo’s Hotel Operations Optimization Platform (HOOP) together to help hotels manage their operations efficiently. When using AavGo’s HOOP, hoteliers will be able to digitize housekeeping assignments, maintenance service requests, preventive maintenance inspections, housekeeping supply orders, lost and found, task management, internal staff communication and much more.

With the AavGo and SkyTouch interface, hoteliers can increase operational efficiency in many ways. Through automation, hoteliers can reduce turnaround time to address guest requests or complaints and with the ability to gain full operational visibility, they will be able to identify areas of improvement for staff and hotel performance. Also, by helping to eliminate inefficiencies in operations, hoteliers can reduce operational costs.
